Delivery of Services

• Telephone: coaching services are primarily delivered via telephone with e-mail support.  Sessions are 30-45 minutes each for a four week renewable period.
• In Person Coaching: based on availability coaching can be delivered in person. Length of sessions varies according to client needs.
• Group Coaching: Small, related groups with common issues can be coached together via telephone or in person.
• Executive Coaching: for small business owners, executives and entrepreneurs based on client needs, usually in person with telephone support on an hourly basis with a minimum of five hours per month.
• Coaching fees vary from $400.00 to $1500.00 per month.  Training and Facilitation fees according to project.
