Hello. I am Gretchen Krampf. My coaching approach is based on the premise that YOU are the expert of your own life- you are the only person who knows what you need and can recognize what's best for you. As your coach, it's my role to ask the right questions and provide the right tools and techniques to allow you to find the answers within yourself. All work and little play – or, working ineffectively so there's no TIME to play, won't get you where you want to be. Maybe you're juggling numerous balls- moving, job shifts, a marriage or divorce, having kids or having them leave home- all these life changes can impact one’s sense of balance and wellbeing.

My professional and personal background includes:

• More than 30 years experience as an Educator, Trainer, Facilitator and Coach
• MS in Organizational Development; American University
• Leadership Coaching Certification; Georgetown University and ICF
• Designing and delivering Community Leadership programs
• Entrepreneurial experience in Real Estate, Retail and Professional Services
• A specialty in Chemical Dependency Prevention, Intervention and Recovery
• Establishing and leading Women's Wisdom Circles and Retreats
• Holistic training in spiritual practices including Reiki, Feng Shui and Intuitive Healing
• Significant 'Life Transition' experiences including significant moves, marriage, divorce
• Living a bi-coastal life with my husband, Paul. We travel extensively and divide our time between the UK, Orcas Island and Seattle, WA and Arlington, VA.
• Being the mother of Rian, Michael and Annie and a grandmother to Samantha Ashleigh
