About Dianne Rankin Welcome! If you have come to this site, you may be interested in getting assistance with some change in your life. Having made major changes in my own life and balanced a career as a Federal executive, I am able to assist you in the transitions that are part of all our lives. As an executive coach and consultant I bring over 20 years' experience as a Federal executive to my work with individuals and groups.
What you may want to know about me is:
- I am also a life-long learner!
- I am a passionate fan of the Red Sox!
- As an avid sports enthusiast, I play tennis, ski and bicycle in my leisure time.
- I am trained as a Leadership Coach and certified in Organization Development from Georgetown University.
- My credentials include attendance at prestigious institutes of learning: The Program for Senior Managers at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and the Federal Executive Institute.
- I also hold BA, MA and MS degrees from the George Washington University.
- As support to my coach training I am certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
- I am involved and committed to community service: I serve as a facilitator for D.C. Citizen Summits II and III and Neighborhood Action and I tutor at two inner city mentoring programs, the Northern Virginia Literacy Council, and a Huntington Learning Center.

You are my client if you are someone:
- Who is looking for a "thinking partner" in life, career or work
- In a leadership position with a non-profit
- Who is ready to challenge old patterns and create new success-driven models of being
- Willing to go to deeper levels of thinking and exploration of yourself
- Who is an executive looking for a facilitator for your team
- Who is a federal employee seeking support with your career
- Needing to brainstorm strategies, or have access to a critical evaluator for yourself or your group
I coach my clients on:
- Moving smoothly through transitions
- Assessing career management and vocation
- Non-profit leadership and community involvement
- Moving from retiring to pro-tiring to a second career or vocation
I believe that we are all entitled to find a vocation or career that is fulfilling and meaningful and that life is to be enjoyed and savored. Sometimes that will occur later in our lives, when we feel that it is time to engage in work that is focused on giving back. Personally, I am devoted to work that makes a difference for the individual, the organization and our communities. If you are willing to engage a coach who challenges you, thinks with you, laughs with you and supports you, please call our office at 410-544-5262 or email us to engage me as your coach.
